Common Vision's first Fall Fruit Tree Tour!!!

The week is packed with groundbreaking local collaborations, fruit tree plantings with schools across the county, and a benefit celebration on Nov 7th (see info below).

Partnering groups such as The Gardens Project, Mendocino Environmental Learning Center, Noyo Food Forest, Round Valley Indian Health Center will be hosting the tour at their community centers and school garden projects. Together we will cool the planet and develop greater resources of health and wellbeing by planting abundant orchards!

    Thank you Mendocino!

Support the tour by hosting the bus and 16 person crew for one night or more in Ukiah or Anderson Valley. Paved or gravel roads required! Bring over lunch, dinner, or produce from your garden to help feed the volunteers planters. Donate financially to meet the $2500 needed for the week of planting.

Contact Megan at 707-843-1617 for more information.

Common Vision will take a short break from planting during the Fall Fruit Tree Tour to celebrate with planting partners and raise funds for the upcoming statewide tour in 2010. Thank you to an awesome group of musicians in world music, reggae, folk, rock and jazz, who will have all of us dancing through the night!

For show details, see website (linked above) and go to Harvest Rhythm.
