GARGANTUA is the largest critical mass ride Arizona State University has yet to see!
Bike down the streets around ASU and help SHUT DOWN RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC in order to promote clean air transportation and energy conservation. Be a part of this history making event!
* The ride will be approximately 3 miles in length and will take place during afternoon rush hour traffic. The route destination will be a local venue with live music and drinks.
* The Actual route and meeting/destination location info will be kept hidden until one week prior to the event since this event WILL shut down rush hour traffic and attract the attention of police and local news coverage. All we can say is that it will take place mid to late April.
* Bicycles are strongly recommended but other methods of clean transportation can be used i.e. longboards, scooters, rollerblades, etc. RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
* ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST WEAR GREEN COLORED CLOTHING TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABILITY. -ALSO- RIDICULOUS COSTUMES ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED (make sure they are green in color)
* Tell everyone you know! More people participating=greater impact we will make.
