EarthSave's groundbreaking Meals For Health program assists sick, underprivileged individuals regain their health through a plant-based dietary intervention, and is operated by a leading medical/nutritional team.
Beginning on August 27, 2010, in Sacramento, California, Meals for Health will administer a 60-day disease reversal program, in partnership with Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services. The food bank will identify and select client families, interested in improving their health, to participate in the program. The program will culminate nine weeks later in a “graduation” ceremony, in late October, to celebrate the weightloss and health gains achieved during the intensive project, as well as the camaraderie built through the experience.
