Bluegrass Bioneers 2010 - A Leading Edge Sustainable Solutions Conference - is presented by is presented by BEcreative/YERT, Rauch Planetarium, and the University of Louisville Center for Environmental Education.
Featuring JANE GOODALL (Renowned Primatologist & UN Messenger of Peace), GLORIA FELDT (Women's rights leader), JESSY TOLKAN (Political Director of Green For All), JAMES HANSEN (Director, NASA Goddard Institute), ANDY LIPKIS (Founder, TreePeople), GARY HIRSHBERG (Founder, Stonyfield Farm), JOHN FRANCIS (The Planetwalker), and many others.
Bluegrass Bioneers 2010 is the southeast's Beaming Bioneers incarnation and is based in Louisville, KY. Louisville is proud once again to be a Bioneers satellite city. The 3-day conference will be held at the Rauch Planetarium on the UofL campus, October 22-24.
The second annual Bluegrass Bioneers will combine national plenary speakers and experts beamed in via satellite from California with live local & regional speakers, experts, and performances for an entertaining and enriching event that encourages innovative, creative solutions to help Louisville and the rest of the world build a more just and sustainable society.
