  • Earth Day Coalition's 14th Annual Instrumental Evening for the Earth

    The evening will feature World-Class Chamber Music by Daniel McKelway and Lembi Veskimets of the world-renowned Cleveland Orchestra. They will be joined by friends and additional orchestra members in an intimate candle-lit performance.

    Prior to the performance, guests will be treated to a gourmet Local, Organic and Sustainable Reception featuring some of Cleveland’s finest restaurants, many of whom utilizing the farm-to-table approach. Current caterers include: Nature’s Bin, Gypsy Beans and Baking Company, Don’s Lighthouse, Luxe Kitchen & Lounge, SowFood and Amp150. More to come!

    There will be a Green Silent Auction with an exciting array of earth-friendly items, eco-vacations, services, outings and one-of-a-kind neighborhood packages.

    The auction and reception will be followed by the Challenge Grant, where funds raised during this exhilarating 15 minutes will be matched dollar-for-dollar by event sponsors.

    *New This Year: As an organization that is community based, the theme this year will be “Harvest for Sustainable Neighborhoods”. Guests will have an opportunity to learn about the businesses and organizations of Greater Cleveland neighborhoods that Earth Day Coalition has direct programmatic impact on through the silent auction and catered reception.

    Hosts: This year’s event will be hosted by Bill O'Connell, Vice President, Program Manager and Afternoon Drive host of WCLV 104.9 FM Radio.

    Seating is limited: Call the office to reserve your space! Tickets are $100 per person. A student discount of $50 will be offered to students with photo id and current class schedule.
